Strategy Consulting
We have seen good technology go unchosen because it was poorly explained
Working on national R&D strategic planning and public technology policy, we kept seeing the same scene. The technology was excellent, but it was never translated into the reviewers' language, and the business logic stayed in someone's head instead of surfacing as structure. In the end, the better-explained technology beat the better technology.
Re:B Studios consulting began from that experience. What we do is translation, not packaging. We diagnose the assets and logic you already have, organize them into structure, and move them into a language the other side can understand. That is why diagnosis comes before prescription.
Where this methodology began
Re:B's diagnostic methodology is not a digest of common consulting practice. It began with planning national R&D programs at the scale of hundreds of billions of won and defending their validity before national review.

Academic grounding — M.S. in biochemistry, co-first author of an SCI-indexed paper. The training of forming hypotheses and verifying them with evidence is a key design principle of the current diagnostic methodology.
Three layers of assets
Asset 1
From a 25-question multiple-choice intake survey to final report delivery, the entire diagnostic process is defined as a 10-step standard process.
- Pre-diagnostic frame — a 6-step pre-analysis that turns interviews into hypothesis confirmation rather than exploration
- 8-axis diagnostic framework — problem–solution source / resource efficiency / growth capital strategy / team structure / threat detection / governance / failure tolerance / expansion structure. Each axis uses a dual scale for 0→1 (early) and 1→10 (growth) stages
- Cross diagnosis — reading structural risks and opportunities from combinations of axis scores
- CCDMOM report algorithm — conclusions first, evidence behind them
Asset 2
Food service, SaaS, content, e-commerce (overseas sourcing), beauty, education, art, food, air logistics, three aging-friendly industries (food, furniture & goods, care) and more — 14 industry modules applied on top of the shared 8-axis frame. The design lets us add modules in the same structure when serving clients in new industries.
Asset 3
We divided the decision-making of 15 self-made serial entrepreneurs — each with three or more successful startups — into five phases and extracted common patterns. Inheritance and family succession cases were excluded, and only figures verifiable through primary sources were included. Rather than declaring "do this," we show what judgments were made under similar conditions and what outcomes followed.
The system that actually runs the methodology
In internal use since Apr 2026We codified the entire methodology into a structure AI can execute. Given intake responses and 8-axis scoring results, it applies the judgment criteria, cross diagnosis, benchmark mapping, and report algorithm to generate a draft diagnostic report. People spend more time on data accuracy, key judgments, and final review.
Unlike approaches that rely solely on individual experience, judgment criteria and improvements accumulate inside the system.
Where we stand and how much is verified
External track record
Completed & acceptedWe signed and delivered a management consulting engagement with shared-office operator G (contracted 2026.04 → accepted 2026.05), covering business model diagnosis and strategy, plus marketing and sales strategy and execution for an affiliate.
Still early
Application to small private companies is at an early stage. We do not claim a large body of private-sector cases. What we have confirmed so far is that the tool works on a real company and passed the client's acceptance review.
Always-on validation
Re:B applies the standards it proposes to its own business first. Which lines to open or close, what to verify first, where to allocate resources — we make these calls by the same criteria. We prove it inside before selling it outside.
Service principles
Diagnosis first, prescription second
Consulting results are delivered through a diagnosis tailored to each company.
Verified strengths, in the other side's language
We move the assets and logic confirmed by diagnosis into a language the other side understands. A document built on verified evidence holds steady under any question.
Methodology IP stays with Re:B
Clients receive the diagnostic deliverables and report for their project. This principle keeps the structure in which the methodology improves as diagnoses accumulate.
Conclusions first
Every report leads with its conclusions. We deliver judgments and evidence in a clear order so readers can decide quickly.
